Cassandra Aluminium Black Greenhouse with Toughened Glass -Different Size Options

The Cassandra Greenhouse from Vitavia has been designed with the sophisticated gardener in mind who appreciates quality and aesthetics. This greenhouse is available in three sizes and all include double doors and a low threshold entrance for easier access. These features make it suitable for both wheelchair and wheelbarrow access as it prevents the user from having to manoeuvre over a perimeter base and also reduces the risk of tripping. A Vitavia greenhouse will last you for years due to the anodised aluminium or black powder coated finish which eliminates rust and unsightly discolouration and along with tough framework, which is a key benefit for a structure that has to withstand the varying changes in our climate. The process of anodisation is what the aluminium goes through to preserve it by increasing corrosion resistance and therefore keeping it looking pristine throughout its life.

The Cassandra is available in 3 sizes from 3.21m (10'6") to 4.48m (14'7") in length with an overall width of 2.57m (8'4").  has been constructed to sit on a single skin dwarf wall as this will increase the insulation of the greenhouse. The required height of the wall is 50cm to absorb heat during the day and release it at night, helping to reduce temperature fluctuations within the greenhouse and provides a more even temperature around the clock, enabling gentle growing conditions inside the greenhouse for crops. (The wall is not included with this greenhouse, therefore enabling the customer to choose the material for the type of wall which best suits their taste). Supplied with full pane toughened glass throughout and the elegant bar capping, which secures the glass panels, adds the perfect finishing touch to this superior quality greenhouse.

All models are supplied with standard gutters and vents (size dependent), corner plates and braces for added strength. Includes a 10 year guarantee on the Greenhouse Frames (excluding glass and moving parts). Home assembly required.

This item is despatched straight from the supplier. The current lead-time for delivery is approximately 4-6 weeks.

The greenhouse frame and base arrive in long thin, heavy duty cardboard boxes. The glass will either be boxed if horticultural glass or individual sheets if full pane toughened glass has been purchased.

The manufacturers own drivers make the deliveries in their own bespoke vehicles, they can walk the packages and glass around to your back garden if required. They can also leave the Glass and packages in a safe place if no one is home to receive delivery. 

You will be informed of delivery dates either by email or telephone approximately a week prior to delivery.
