Charlotte seed potatoes by Taylors Bulbs are great salad potatoes which are best planted between March and May allowing harvesting from July to August. Charlotte potatoes produce uniform tubers which have shallow eyes. These are long and oval and can be upto 50% bigger than other salad varieties of potato. The tubers of Charlotte potatoes are a creamy yellow in colour and rich of flavour either served hot or in salads are the best way to eat this potato.
